Refund and Return Policies
FOR ORDER CANCELLATIONS:
We accept order cancellations prior to shipping out your order. Should you want to cancel your order and receive a full refund of product and shipping costs, kindly write to us at [email protected] and specify your order number.
At Wrapunzel, we work with small quantities as an online boutique. As a result of this, we are unable to do exchanges because of the difficulties it would cause with inventory. Instead, we issue direct refunds as well as store credit. In order to facilitate this process. If you would like to receive a refund or store credit, here is the criteria that needs to be met:
– Merchandise must be unworn and in the same condition in which it was received. Wrapunzel does not accept any used or damaged item as a return.
– The return must be sent to us within 10 days of your receiving (based on tracking info) your package to receive a cash refund (refund to your credit card).
– The return must be sent to us within 6 weeks of your receiving (based on tracking info) for your package to receive store credit.
– The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs of the return. Wrapunzel does not supply a downloadable shipping label for any return, nor will there be a return label in the original shipment. The customer is responsible for creating their own return label.
– The item(s) to be returned must have been purchased online at wrapunzel.com.
– If you are returning a Kit, all pieces of the kit must be returned.
– If you are returning a Layering Top (shell), it must be unworn and in the original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for Layering Tops that have been tried on the body. Sorry about any inconvenience!
– Wrapunzel does not charge a restocking fee, nor do we refund any original shipping costs.
– Email [email protected] when you have shipped your return so we know to look out for it!
Please note that any items received as part of the Scarf of the Month Subscription are NOT eligible for return, nor are Membership Rewards Items (Free No-Slip Headband or Free Shaper of your Choice).
We generally process returns and refunds within a week of our receiving a return package. Refunds will be made directly to the buyer of the items, or will be awarded in store credit to the buyer. Refunds will be processed using the same form of payment used to make the original purchase. Unusual situations (holidays, high-volume sales, etc.) may cause longer processing times. Please feel free to email us if you have any concerns about your return package.
