I have spent most of my adult years using bandanas and simple scarves, not only for their beauty, but for energy and spirituality purposes as well. Wrapunzel was mentioned in a likeminded fb group in a post about “veiling,” and I was suprised to realized I’ve been doing it for half my life without even knowing it! So I immediately came to this site and now like my whole world has opened!
Naturally I placed 3 large orders over the next few days lol. While I never added pins and headbands before, (I never even knew that was a thing before seeing these pictures!) the moment I saw this headband, I knew I had to have it. It looked so fresh, yet elegant all at once. And it did not disappoint when I recieved it.
This is paired with the Striped Delights scarf in Plum/Blue. I wore it with a lavander sundress to a summer carnival on a beautiful summer day. Going from cheap bandannas to such a lovely piece of material with this stunning headband made me feel confident and beautiful.
Both the scarf and headband were tied in simple knots that held all day long that did not shift or loosen. I did not have to use any pins or clips to hold to headband over the wrap. I just tied it in a simple bow at the base of my neck.
This headband is so versatile, it can be be dresses up or down, with an array of colors. It’s perfect for beginners… but I imagine those with experience could work magic weaving the ends throughout braids, or who knows what else! So many options with this incredible headband!
By itself, or with your favorite scarf, you won’t regret this purchase.
